Our meter jacket is made from nylon with artificial filling for 3/4" size meters. The jacket protects meters from below freezing temperatures for limited periods of time. Though the jacket does provide some protection it does not provide enough protection during long below freezing events. Other solutions should be used for long, harsh freezes. The jackets are typically used by multi-family housing and mobile home parks. The Jacket fits most mechanical 3/4" as well as most 3/4" Residential Ultrasonic meters.
