Thank you for visiting and shopping at WATERMETERSINC.COM. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
IN-STOCK ITEMS: typically ship within 1-2 business days. Orders are not normally shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: will have varying delivery dates which in some cases can exceed 4 to 5 weeks depending on the item. Once an order is placed we will provide an expected delivery date. This is not a guaranteed date but an estimated date that may deviate due to many variables not within our direct control.
Shipping methods & estimates
WATERMETERSINC.COM primarily ships via UPS for packages and by LTL for freight. However, we can ship via FedEx, USPS, or other methods when requested. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout for most in-stock items. Larger items and out-of-stock items may require a custom shipping amount. This amount will be provided and communicated by email or phone.
Tracking information
WATERMETERSINC.COM strives to provide tracking information for all orders.
International Shipping Policy: WATERMETERSINC.COM does not ship internationally at this time.
Returns and Refunds
Any returned item must be in its original condition, and all tags need to be intact. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of your refund. At that time, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.
We will accept returns within seven days of receipt of your item. We will not accept returns of consumable items.
