Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

IN-STOCK ITEMS:  typically ship within 1-2 business days. Orders are not normally shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: will have varying delivery dates which in some cases can exceed 4 to 5 weeks depending on the item. Once an order is placed we will provide an expected delivery date. This is not a guaranteed date but an estimated date that may deviate due to many variables not within our direct control.

Shipping methods & estimates

USWATERWORKS.NET primarily ships via UPS for packages and by LTL for freight. However, we can ship via FedEx, USPS, or other methods when requested. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout for most in-stock items. Larger items and out-of-stock items may require a custom shipping amount. This amount will be provided and communicated by email or phone.
